Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant – Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The position will start with a 3-month trainee period, with the potential for a permanent role depending on your performance. During this period, you will be facilitated with a monthly retainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
• Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets
• Perform data entry and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Help manage invoices, expenses, and payroll
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• A recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in computer systems usage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
